FAQ's Deposit Policy |
RETURN POLICY Certain exceptions apply to this policy. See our Warranty page for more information on product replacements. With our fundraising program, your school keeps 40% of the customers purchase amount upfront as your fundraising profit. The remaining 60% is paid to the Tupperware National Fundraising Group for order processing. Because we do not receive the full purchase amount from your customers, we cannot issue cash refunds. All payments issued to the Tupperware National Fundraising Group are applied to order processing. Therefore, we also cannot issue a partial cash refund. Customers who inadvertently place the wrong item number on their order form shall not be eligible for product replacements or purchase credits. In the event a Tupperware product should become unavailable after a customer has already issued payment for that item, Tupperware reserves the right to substitute product selections, colors, or designs and issue another product to the customer of equal or greater value. All sales, including replacement sales, are final. We will always attempt to remedy any customer issues to the satisfaction of the customer. This may include a product replacement, or a product credit for a future Tupperware purchase. Most customers are satisifed with their purchase so you should not anticipate any order fulfillment issues. |
