FUNDRAISING FAQ'S
The following are the most frequently asked questions we
receive about our fundraising program. If your question
isn't found here, please contact us at the number above
or email support @ plasticforprofit.com (do not include
spaces). We will reply promptly to your inquiry.
How soon can we start our
fundraiser?
Your fundraising can begin as soon as you order your
fundraising packets. Once you register your
fundraiser and let us know how many student packets
your school will need, we will prepare your shipment and
ship your materials in as little as 24 hours.
When can we expect to receive our
fundraising kit?
Your Tupperware fundraising kit will arrive several days
before your fundraiser is scheduled to begin. We will
ship your kit via FedEx to ensure prompt delivery.
What will our fundraising kit
include?
Your Tupperware fundraising kit will include several
forms to assist the facilitator with your fundraiser as
well as participant packets for each of your students.
Each student packet will include a fundraising catalog, a
multi-customer order form, an order collection envelope,
and simple instructions.
Do you have products we can use
for display?
We will be happy to provide a sampling of products from
our fundraising line for display during your fundrainsing
event. When your organization sells $5,000 or more in
Tupperware, the display products are yours to keep.
Otherwise, the product display must be returned to us at
the close of your fundraising event.
There is a $100 deposit on our displays which will be
refunded to you when the display is returned to us in
reusable condition (no cracked, broken, or otherwise
damaged pieces). Please speak with your fundraising
manager for further details.
Can I register by mail or phone
instead of online?
Please request a fundraising contract by email which you
can complete and fax or mail to us. Our email address is
support at plasticforprofit.com. Due to the volume of
information we need from you, we do not take
registrations by phone.
To where do I fax my contract?
Please fax your contract to 1.866.377.3153.
How long should our fundraiser
last?
We recommend 2-3 weeks with 3 full weekends in order to
maximize your profit earnings as well as ensure continued
motivation by your students. Longer than 2-3 weeks
usually does not benefit the school as your students will
lose interest in fundraising. Less than 2 weeks is not
ample time to collect orders.
Are we required to pay sales tax
on our Tupperware order?
If your school is nonprofit and you can provide us with a
copy of your tax exemption certificate you will not need
to pay sales tax on your Tupperware order. Without a copy
of your school's tax exemption certificate, however, we
will assess sales tax on your order. (Schools using our
full-line catalog will be required to pay sales tax on
your Tupperware order even if you are tax-exempt.)
Can we do a Tupperware fundraiser
if we are outside of the USA?
We do offer fundraising to other countries outside of the
USA as well as US territories and FPO's. Please email us
to see if we serve your region. Our email address is
support at plasticforprofit.com.
Who do we call with questions
during our fundraiser?
Your fundraising kit will include the contact information
of your personal Tupperware fundraising manager. She will
be available to assist you throughout the course of your
fundraiser. Please contact her directly for answers to
any questions you may have. If you have misplaced her
number, please call 1.800.903.0933 for assistance.
Where do we send orders?
Please mail your Tupperware orders and your payment to:
Tupperware
Fundraiser Order Processing
P.O. Box 30923
Cleveland, Ohio 44130
Who do we make our check payable
to?
Please make your check payable to 'Tupperware'.
Do you accept credit cards?
With our fundraising catalog, we do not accept credit
cards for payment. Acceptable forms of payment to
Tupperware are cashier's check, postal money order, or
school check. We can accept a credit card for orders from
our full-line catalog.
How long does it take for our
products to arrive?
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your products to arrive
once you have submitted your orders. You will likely have
your shipment much sooner, even as quickly as 10 days.
How will the orders be shipped?
Most orders are shipped via FedEx with order tracking so
you'll know exactly when to expect delivery of your
shipment. Your fundraising kit will provide information
on how to submit your orders in a way which will enable
us to ship them to you already partially sorted. In
addition, high sellers will receive free home delivery on
their orders. Everything will be explained in your
fundraising kit.
When will we receive our check?
Our fundraising program offers payout of proceeds
upfront. This means you collect your profit at the close
of your fundraising event and send us the balance with
your orders.
How do we calculate our profit?
To calculate your profit, tally your product sales before
tax has been added, if applicable. Multiply this amount
by .4, or 40%, (or .25, or 25%, when using the full-line
catalog) to reach your profit amount. Mail us a check for
the balance along with your orders. Your fundraising kit
will include an order tally sheet to assist you with your
calculations.
What is the Tupperware National
Fundraising Office?
We are an authorized Tupperware fundraising sales office
offering Tupperware fundraising exclusively. We serve all
50 states as well as FPO's and U.S. territories. When you
choose Tupperware for your school fundraiser, you must go
through our office or through an independent Tupperware
consultant.
Can I use a local consultant for
our fundraiser?
Yes, however, a local consultant's fundraising experience
may be limited. If you use a local consultant, you must
request your fundraising packets from him/her directly.
All fundraising support will come from the local
consultant as well.
Please note if your packets have already shipped from our
office, you will incur a penalty if you choose to switch
to a local consultant. Check your fundraising contract
for a local consultant disclaimer.
I am a consultant and am
interested in working with you. How can I do that?
You must work with your upline director or manager.
He/she can provide you with the tools you need to get
started in fundraising. We do not hire nor do we provide
support to consultants.
I am not currently a consultant
and am interested in starting my own business. How can I
do that?
If you are interested in working as a consultant in your
local community or if you are interested in e-commerce,
please visit our Tupperware
Business Opportunties page to find out more
about how to get started with your own Tupperware
business.
