*Terms:

  1. Offer valid only for schools who are using Tupperware's fundraising program for the first time.

  2. Not valid with any other offer or promotion.

  3. Not valid for schools who have registered their fundraiser with us prior to November 1, 2005.

  4. Fundraiser must close before May 1, 2006. All orders and payment must be received by this date.

  5. All fundraising orders must be processed through our fundraising office at the address found in the fundraising kit you receive from us.

  6. Additional profit will be paid as a rebate to the participating school within 4 weeks of the close of your fundraising event.

  7. You must request your rebate at the time you register your fundraiser with us.

  8. Total retail sales must be $5000 or greater to qualify for rebate.

  9. Schools receiving the additional 5% rebate do not qualify for our incentive gift program.

  10. You must be a school conducting a school-wide fundraising event to qualify for this promotion. Language clubs, senior class groups, and other school groups do not qualify.

  11. Not valid for schools referred to us by one of our fundraising partners or schools referred to us by other schools.
