R C Wessel Associates, Limited incorporated in 1985 as a professional real estate organization involved in sales, appraisals, property management, and consultancy services. Since incorporating, R C Wessel Associates, Limited has evolved into a high technology appraisal office expanding to 10 counties, 5 in Illinois and 5 in Wisconsin.

In 1989, this individual was engaged by the company. Trained by Mr. Wessel, this former (then unbeknownst to us) garbage truck driver has misappropriated company materials and opened an office in conflict with R C Wessel Associates, Limited.

Unfortunately, this type of person has had a pronounced effect on our industry.

Consequently, we make a concerted effort to no longer train truck drivers to be appraisers.

Carol Wessel has been with the company since 1985. As a full time employee, Carol has many varied duties as Office Manager. Carol's work ethic is peerless and her commitment exemplary.
