    • Information pamphlet supplied to homeowners at time of inspection. Explains the appraisal process in simple terms. Addresses most frequently asked questions. Reduces stress on borrower due to being uninformed.

     

    Appraisal Status Fax

    • Any delays or problems in completing the assignment are immediately faxed to your office using a standard form. Provides timely status of the report and a copy for the file. No more having to call the appraiser to find the status of the report. We make it a priority to keep you updated.

     

    Duplicate Copy

    • We provide a duplicate copy of the report at no additional charge. This copy can be provided to the borrower upon request. This eliminates the need for your staff to make copies of a report, thus saving time and money.

     

    Management System

    • R C Wessel Associates, Limited has developed their own proprietary management system. We can immediately tell you the status of any appraisal in process.

     

    Upgrade and Conversion Service

    • We can upgrade any Limited Restricted Report to a FNMA approved appraisal on the URAR form (First Mtge.) for $100. (within 6 months of original report). This can save time and money if your borrower wants to obtain a new first mortgage. If your borrower changes direction in the loan process, there is no delay or additional cost.
