Hello, I'm Melody and I'm a black and tan coonhound. I am really glad you stopped in to read ALL about ME! I was abused by a former owner so I tend to be pretty shy around strangers, but when I get to know you my true colors come out, and you see that I am a very goofy coondog!
In the house I'm pretty lazy. I curl up on the couch and sleep when I'm not in the trash or on the counter. I can fit on one cushion if I want to, but other times I prefer to stretch out on the couch as far as I can...and of course I have to have a pillow! When it is warm outside I like to sunbathe! You know since I am a black and TAN coonhound, i gotta work on my tan!!
Outside I am pretty active. My nose gets turned on high gear and I'm smelling like crazy. I love going to the park, where this picture was taken, to run and play and smell. Sometimes I even get into the water... but only if it is really hot out! Below are some more pictures of me at the park!
