Objective
Though most of my professional career has been as an electronic technician (audio, TVs, computers, medical & industrial), I also have substantial customer/retail experience (TV repair counter, audio equipment & computer sales) and substantial on-line and telephone technical support experience.  I am also a trained and experienced technical writer and editor (software manuals, computer articles, newsletters, and more).

Of course, my ideal position would allow me to combine as many of these abilities as possible to the benefit of my employer.

•  Certified Electronic Technician and A+ Certified.
•  Experienced in customer support and sales: on the telephone, in person, and on-line.
•  Substantial computer experience, primarily PCs running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows,
      but also including multi- and cross-platform hardware and software, especially Linux.  This included disk
      librarian and newsletter-editing duties for several computer clubs.
