My Family Page

My parents are both native Ohioans:  my mom, Marilyn (nee Makynen) was born in Painesville and raised in Ashtabula; my dad, Russell, was born and raised in Conneaut.  They married in 1961, and we lived in Conneaut (Monroe Township) until 1975 when we moved to Ashtabula Township.  In 1980, our family moved again to Mercer County, Pennsylvania; my folks still live in that same house today.  Here are two photos of my parents' house in Pennsylvania.  On the left is a view from the south; the view from the east is on the right.  Click on the pictures to see the full size.
