We are Thermoplastic
Injection Molders of custom and proprietary products. We also do consulting
and redesign work for companies converting to plastic items. We've helped
such companies as: Dana Corporation, Furon Corporation, and Baxter
Laboratories.We've been in business since 1967 and incorporated in 1972.

| We currently mold most engineering
materials including Teflons. |
| We do first article model construction
and prototype tooling for short and long run production. |
| One of our specialties is heavy
wall section molding for the transportation and construction industries. |
| Also install bearings and hinges
in post molding applications along with high temperature adhesives. |
| Moreover,we
have plunger presses running tortoise shell and variegated molding applications. |

Thirty years experience as President
and Owner of plastics injection molding corporation;forty years over all
experience in the plastics industry. Experienced in full cycle
of product development, from design through tooling and secondary decorating/assembly
work independent consultant to several large corporations on projects related
to automotive molded in-hole speaker products, television and monitor electronic
components, building products and various hardware tools. Worked
in conjunction with Shell Chemical to develop one of the first nucleated
polypropylene living hinges used in the pharmaceutical industry invented
and patented a two-piece snap box, now widely used in plastic box design

Responsible for daily management
of plastics injection molding facility, which includes oversight of mold
and part design/engineering. Expertise in design and development
of medical, transportation, hardware, construction, computer, entrepreneurial
and air compressor products. Acted as primary liaison between company
and clients in upper management regarding product marketing and engineering.Treasurer
duties include sales, project budgeting, billing and collections.

Project Engineer, 1958 to 1967
Responsible for all product design
and development, engineering through production, for such companies as
G.D.Searle, Morton Salt, Monogram Models, Tri-Play Toys, Square-D and Maybeline
Cosmetics. Involved in product assembly design, part design and mold
design. Estimated tooling and piece-part costs for projects. Developed
and supervised automated hot stamp and assembly process. Over saw maintenance
and repairs of tools and molds
