And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.  Gen 11 (KJV)

Man has been reaching for the stars since the beginning of recorded history.  We still strive to build a united effort.  But we are still scattered upon the face of the earth.  God is not cruel, and has provided us with a path to the heavens.  By now we should have realized that it is not a path that rewards the selfish.  In fact, you can see an example in the same place a few years later:

Then said Daniel to Melzar, whom the prince of the eunuchs had set over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink. the portion of the king's meat.  Dan 1(KJV)

Daniel was a boy who was taken to Babylon as a prisoner of war, to learn the science and culture of their new king.  He challenged his teachers to allow him to eat only the foods, and obey the laws of their religion, proving that God was the source of their gifts.  Babylon's science was humbled repeatedly by this God, eventually converting King Nebuchadnezzar  to accept him as Lord.

This King of Babylon accepted this path to heaven, and I believe this is still the path to the heavens today.  I am offering the same challenge again.  I challenge the world to reach for the stars, with the help of the living God.  This adds the number of God to the plan: Babylon 7

If you reach up to God, he will reach down to you.  Your efforts will be increased by his help.  Your natural gifts are not enough, and you can not work your way to heaven.  One name, Jesus, is the key to heaven.
