Mid Febuary 1998 Shawn Cole, a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer, was falsely arrested by the Illinois State police.
    This was a false arrest for several reasons:
        1. Lack of Jourisdiction-according to two federal statutes and some Supreme Court decisions. ONLY the
           Alcholol,  Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), can investigate, arrest, or prosecute a Federally Licensed Firearms
           Dealer.
        2. Lack of Probable Cause-probable cause is the reason of the arrest. In this case the prosecutor Martin Van
           Campen lied to a grand jury, but slipped in that there was no specific reason to arrest Shawn Cole, but he
            believes all gun stores commit crimes, so he wants a warrent to arrest Shawn Cole. Yea I know how this sounds
            but its true!
        3. Lack of a Charge- On the original arrest warrant, there was no charge. Since Shawn Cole did not break
           any state or federal law, there was no reason to arrest Shawn Cole As much as the Attorney General's
           office keeps trying to infer a crime, there is NONE.

    The Illinois state police also had a Illegal search warrant. It was illegal for the following reasons:
        1. Lack of Jourisdiction-according to two federal statutes and some Supreme Court decisions. ONLY the
           Alcholol,  Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), can investigate, arrest, or prosecute a Federally Licensed Firearms
           Dealer.
         2. Lack of Particularity- All search warrants much describe with particularity what items are being siezed.
            This search warrant was what is called GENERAL, General search warrants are illegal because they say come
             in and take everything for no reason at all.
          3.Facilally  Defective- Since the Illinois state police could not find the house that belongs to Shawn Cole, they
             served a search warrant on Shawn Cole's mother's house. And siezed all property belonging to her!!!
           4. lack of a charge. The Illinois state police rewrote the arrest warrant to state they were arresting shawn cole
                for not calling in background checks, although not one sale was ever illegal. and in illinois its not illegal
                to sell guns with no background check!!!, although I was calling in ALL sales and received background
                check approval numbers for ALL sales!!! The arrest warrant was rewritten a 1 1/2 months after the false arrest.

These Illegal warrants were sined by a natorious  anti-gun judge-Sam Ameranti. This judge hates gun stores and will do everything in his power to destroy each and every one of  us. This is the same judge who became famous from John Wane Gacey. He was defending John, and broke attorney client privaledge, he should of been disbarred, but this is Cook County (Crook County as we call it), he was given a judgeship as a reward.

And I will continue to fight until ALL involved are disbarred, sued, prosecuted, imprisoned, and every case they ever tougched,  is thrown out!!!!
