- 0.5 oz Saaz or Hallertauer Tradition Pellet, 1.9 HBU's, boil 5 min
- 1.0 tsp Irish Moss, boil 15 min
- Zest from 1.5 large lemons, about 1 oz, boil 15 min
- 1.0 oz Coriander, crushed, boil 5 min
- 2.0 g Grains of Paradise (a.k.a. Paradise Seeds), crushed, boil 5 min
- Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast or similar (use a starter as always)
